Together We Go Further and Faster! Erasmus+ Mobility
Sandra Ežmale has participated in an Erasmus+ mobility event under the project titled "Together We Go Further and Faster. How Can We Develop Our Schools, Staff, and Students through Cooperation and Collaboration on International, National, and Regional Levels?" The event took place from May 14th to 17th in Vestland County, including Stend and Austevoll Upper Secondary Schools in Bergen, Norway.
The event was organized by Naturbruksskolenes Forening/EUROPEA Norway and was led by experienced educators, including Tone O Mosebø from Naturbruksskolenes Forening, Torbjørn Litlere from Stend Upper Secondary School, and pedagogues from Stend Upper Secondary School, Austevoll Upper Secondary School, and EUROPEA International.
During the event, participants had the opportunity to:
- Share experiences, knowledge, examples, and inspiration on developing schools, staff, and students through collaboration on various levels.
- Gain a deeper understanding of the opportunities offered by Erasmus+ programs.
- Exchange ideas for new collaborations.
- Participate in workshops to develop new international activities for both students and staff, find partners, and create new projects.
- Reflect on the significance and methods of local and regional cooperation.
- Explore two vocational education and training (VET) schools, the region’s nature-based production, and the role of educational institutions in achieving collaboration goals.
This experience has enhanced Sandra Ežmale’s knowledge and skills in developing her institution through collaboration with partners on international, national, and regional levels. Additionally, the mobility provided information about various collaboration opportunities.
The mobility was carried out within the project 2023-1-LV01-KA121-VET-000142657.
